Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Department: Marketing Reports To: Marketing Manager / Director of Marketing Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract Location: Remote / Hybrid / On-site Job Summary We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience with social media, email marketing, search engine optimization, paid advertising, content marketing, and analytics. This role is responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, improving website traffic, and supporting overall business growth through effective digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and email. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and advertising campaigns. Manage SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building support, and performance tracking. Plan and monitor paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms. Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CRM systems, and social media analytics. Prepare regular reports on website traffic, campaign results, conversion rates, and marketing ROI. Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, sales teams, and leadership to support marketing goals. Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels. Identify new digital marketing trends, tools, and opportunities to improve campaign performance. Support lead generation campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. Experience with SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, WordPress, or similar platforms. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable marketing improvements. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or GoHighLevel. Basic knowledge of HTML, website CMS platforms, and landing page builders. Experience creating short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications. Experience with B2B, e-commerce, government contracting, or professional services marketing.
